Orders and delivery

When will I receive my order?

Orders placed are received by the responsible employee and handed over to the shipping and delivery department for confirmation and delivery within a period starting from 1 day to a maximum of 5 days.

Alternate recipient information

When placing orders from www.e-sequoia.com, the "Delivery Information" field must be filled out carefully. Don't forget that your orders can only be received by your designated alternate recipients once they have presented their IDs.

Address information
